Become A Peer Opinion Leader
Learn and earn by informing other emerging LGBTQ adults (18-24) to make better decisions about their health and wellness.
As a Get S.M.A.R.T. with iCHAT Peer Opinion Leader, you will be trained in Alcohol & Substance Use, HIV/STI and Hepatitis C prevention. Armed with the proper training, you’ll be able to intervene and discuss HIV/AIDS, STI, Hepatitis C and substance use information with LGBTQ peers (18-24) in your social networks and at outreach events.
Peer Opinion Leaders (POLs) also assist the Get S.M.A.R.T. with iCHAT project in recruiting new emerging adults to be trained as POLs.
