As shared on Baltimore OutLOUD’s website by Bill Redmond-Palmer:
2017 Baltimore Pride Week is from Friday, June 9th through Sunday, June 18th, and will be packed with events and activities. Together with the Pride Parade, Pride Block Party, and Pride Festival, Twilight on the Terrace, the Pride Interfaith Celebration, a Pride drag event and a comedy show are in the works.
The Pride Events & Outreach Committee coordinates and assists in the development of these events and activities during Pride Week, and they need your help. Learn more at a community meeting on Sunday, February 19th, at 4 p.m. at the GLCCB (third floor, 2530 North Charles Street, Baltimore). RSVP by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The committee works to connect to various constituencies within the LGBT community including transgender, intersex, bisexual, black, latino, faith, hiv-positive, older adult, youth, women, men, leather, and drag. They work to connect to the interests and needs of those communities and help create Pride events accordingly.
If you can’t make the meeting, stay in touch with the committee the email above.
